What services does Bluff City Concierge offer?
We provide secure luggage pickup, storage and delivery; key exchange for Airbnb hosts and guests; professional laundry pickup and folding; city tours.
How do I book a service?
You can book online at bluffcityconcierge.com, via our Square payment link, or email us at info@bluffcityconcierge.com. Just select your service, choose date/time, and complete payment.
What are your service hours?
We operate daily from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. If you need pickup or delivery outside those hours, let us know—we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Which areas do you cover?
Our primary coverage zone is within a 15-mile radius from Downtown Memphis. For locations beyond, please reach out for a custom quote.
How does key exchange work?
We’ll meet your guest at the property at the agreed time, verify identity, hand off the key, and collect it when they depart. Each exchange includes photo confirmation for your peace of mind.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the scheduled service incur no fee. For last-minute changes, a 25% service charge applies.
How do you keep my belongings safe?

What’s included in the laundry service?
We pick up, launder, fold your items, and deliver them back to you the same or next day. Specialty care (delicates, dry-clean only) is available upon request.
