What services does Bluff City Concierge offer?
We provide secure luggage pickup, storage and delivery, key exchange for Airbnb hosts and guests, and Memphis city tours.
How do I book a service?
You can book online at www.bluffcityconcierge.com, Viator, or TripAdvisor.
What are your service hours?
We operate daily from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. If you need pickup or delivery outside those hours, let us know—we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Which areas do you cover?
Our primary coverage zone is within a 10-mile radius from Downtown Memphis. For locations beyond, please reach out for a custom quote.
How does key exchange work?
We’ll meet your guest at the property at the agreed time, verify identity, hand off the key, and collect it when they depart. Each exchange includes photo confirmation for your peace of mind.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service incur no fee.
How secure is my luggage while it’s stored?
Your bags are stored in a monitored, locked facility. Only our staff handles luggage, so it’s safe until it’s back in your hands.
Do I need to book in advance?
Same-day bookings are usually available, but we recommend reserving ahead to guarantee your space, especially during busy weekends and events.
How many bags can I store?
Each booking covers up to 4 bags. Extra bags can be added for a small fee.
Do you provide luggage delivery to the airport?
Yes, upon request, we can arrange direct delivery to the Memphis International Airport for an additional fee.
Do I need to book the luggage service to take a tour?
No, you can book a tour by itself. Many arriving and departing guests combine both for a stress-free day.
Are tours guided or self-guided?
We offer both. Self-guiding mystery walks let your explore at your own pace, while guided tours bring added storytelling and live interaction.
